About me

Currently living on a volcano on the Atlantic ocean known as Tenerife - which I consider to be a huge privilege, since it is one of the best places in the world to stargaze. Here I explore the boundary between stars and planets, trying to understand how these intermediary objects form and evolve. My PhD project is conducted at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. Curiosity is my driving force, and I am happy to leverage my diverse background in both academia and industry.

Back in 2015 I discovered volunteering, and a passion for sharing the wonder of science with a broader audience, especially young people. I have devoted hundreds of hours to public outreach events and STEAM education endeavors.

Beyond science and volunteer work, I enjoy traveling, indulging in various forms of art, and spending time in nature. I love the sea and the starry sky, and I believe that everyone can be a changemaker.
